With beautiful bays and sandy beaches, sweeping promenade and the longest pier in the country, it is known for its Victorian style and Edwardian elegance. The town is home to the Great Orme Tramway, boat trips, shopping arcades and even a Punch and Judy show!

Kensington Hotel, Llandudno

 

This classically styled, Victorian seafront hotel, elegantly positioned along the central promenade, boasts stunning views of the Great Orme and Llandudno Bay from selected bedrooms and its restaurant. Owned by the Beardmore family for over 30 years, the hotel is renowned for its traditional hospitality, delivered by a team of highly experienced staff.

 

Day One

Depart from your selected joining point and travel to the Kensington Hotel, Llandudno. Comfort stops will be made en-route.

Day Two

Take a tranquil Horse Drawn Boat Trip on the beautiful Llangollen Canal, part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, perfect whatever the weather. Experience the pace of life in 'the olden days', whilst admiring the strength of those gorgeous horses as they easily pull the boat through the majestic Welsh Mountains. This is followed by a lovely Welsh cream tea before spending some time in Llangollen itself. Perhaps stroll along Dee Lane and Victoria Promenade, watch the river tumble beneath the bridge or find some unusual gifts in the independent shops.

Day Three

Explore the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed, which exudes a distinctly Alpine ambiance. Next, venture into the heart of Snowdonia National Park (Eryri National Park) known for its lush forests, waterfalls, dramatic mountains (including Mount Snowdon), serene lakes and diverse wildlife.

Day Four

Enjoy a leisurely day in this beautiful and popular town. Attractions include the Great Orme Tramway, the Victorian pier and the Llandudno Museum & Gallery, which showcases collections that trace the history of this seaside resort, from prehistoric times to the present day.

Day Five

After breakfast you leave Llandudno and make the journey home. Comfort stops will be made en-route.

The deposit required at the time of booking for all holidays is £30 per person, payable on acceptance of the booking and full payment is required 42 days prior to departure (exact date is stated on your confirmation invoice).
