Kensington Hotel, Llandudno
This classically styled, Victorian seafront hotel, elegantly positioned along the central promenade, boasts stunning views of the Great Orme and Llandudno Bay from selected bedrooms and its restaurant. Owned by the Beardmore family for over 30 years, the hotel is renowned for its traditional hospitality, delivered by a team of highly experienced staff.
Day One
Depart from your selected joining point and travel to the Kensington Hotel, Llandudno. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
Day Two
Anglesey is a beautiful island in Wales, renowned for its stunning landscapes, historic sites, and vibrant culture. Visit the famous small town with the big name - Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (often shortened to Llanfair PG), where the railway station serves as a popular spot for capturing photos beside the sign. Immerse yourself in the charm of Beaumaris before continuing to the royal town of Caernarfon. Discover its impressive castle and picturesque streets before a final stop in Conwy, known for its well-preserved medieval architecture and striking views, offering a rich cultural experience.
Day Three
Enjoy a free day in this popular, beautiful town, which has all the appeal of the seaside. Attractions include the Great Orme Tramway, Victorian pier and Llandudno Museum, which tells the story of Llandudno over 340 million years.
Day Four
Explore the delightful village of Betws-y-Coed which exudes a distinctly Alpine ambiance and browse the independent shops. Next, venture into the heart of Snowdonia National Park to the lovely village of Llanberis and enjoy a leisurely narrow gauge steam train ride on the Llanberis Lake Railway, the perfect way to savour the grandeur of Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales.
Day Five
After breakfast you leave Llandudno and make the journey home. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
