Day One
Depart from your selected joining point and travel via the pre-historic landscape of Rannoch Moor in the Western Highlands to the Alexandra Hotel, Fort William for an overnight stay. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
Day Two
A day of mystical highland scenery! Stop for photos of the iconic Eilean Donan Castle, often used as settings in film and TV productions, before crossing the bridge "over the sea to Skye" and travelling almost the full length of the 'Misty Isle'. After some free time in Portree, continue to Uig for the 18:50 sailing to North Uist and arrival at the Dark Island Hotel, Benbecula for a two night stay. Arrival at the hotel is expected approx. 21:15 due to the late arrival the evening meal will consist of a cold salad meal tray or a sandwich tray with tea or coffee.
Day Three
Take an island-hopping adventure, beginning with beautiful views of South Uist and then crossing the causeway, surrounded by expansive skies and shimmering waters, to Eriskay. This charming island has a rich history. It is the real 'Whisky Galore' island as it was just off Eriskay that the S.S. Politician ran aground with 50,000 cases of whisky aboard. The locals managed to save several hundred cases before the ship sank, providing them with a good supply of their 'Water of Life'. Take the short, scenic crossing to Barra, which is considered by many to be the most beautiful little island in Britain. Its tranquil beaches, distinctive culture, where Gaelic is widely spoken, and an ancient history make any visit to Barra a memorable one. Time allowing, venture across the causeway to Vatersay, the most southerly inhabited island in the Outer Hebrides.

Serving as a living museum, the village reflects the way of life of the island's inhabitants in the past and has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Day Six
After a free morning, take the ferry crossing to the pretty fishing port of Ullapool on the mainland for the overnight at the Caledonian Hotel.
Day Seven
