Harrogate became a popular spa town in the 18th and 19th century, many of its elegant Victorian and Edwardian buildings still stand today, giving the town a distinctive character. There are several notable attractions; the Royal Pump Room Museum, Turkish Baths and the exclusive Montpellier Quarter, offering a boutique shopping experience.

Located in the heart of historic Harrogate, the 4* Cedar Court Hotel offers exceptional accommodation overlooking 200 acres of the pristine parkland. The property is a historical site in its own right, dating back to 1671. This hotel offers their guests modern facilities and superfast Wi-Fi. Also, it is a short stroll away from some of the must-visit attractions in the town centre. These include the famous Bettys Tea Room, unique Moorish-style Turkish Baths and Harrogate Theatre. (lift)
Day One
Depart from your selected joining point and travel to Harrogate for your four nights stay. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
Day Two
The Yorkshire Dales is rich in farming history and noted for its drystone walls, majestic hills and rolling green valleys. Travel deep in to the heart of the Dales, passing some charming villages such as Ripley, Pateley Bridge, Grassington and Aysgarth. Visit the delightful town of Hawes and stop for a photo opportunity near the famous Ribblehead Viaduct, before spending time in picturesque Settle.
Day Three
The ancient city of York is renowned for its rich history, well-preserved medieval architecture and impressive city walls. It is home to a wealth of attractions including York Minster, The Shambles (a street often used as a filming location), the National Railway Museum and the Jorvik Viking Centre. The city is great for shopping, with a web of winding streets flaunting designer stores, independent shops and boutiques, each distinct shopping area has its own speciality.
Day Four
Spend the day in Harrogate, with its tree lined gardens, parks, boutiques and tearooms; and perhaps visit the famous Betty's, where afternoon tea would be a perfect treat to end the day. Alternatively, you may prefer to indulge in a treatment at the stunning Victorian baths.
Day Five
After breakfast you leave Harrogate and travel home. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
