A stylish and spacious hotel situated on the outskirts of Coventry with modern décor, free high-speed WiFi and LCD TV’s.

Day One

Depart from your selected joining point and travel to Holiday Inn, Coventry for your five nights stay. Comfort stops will be made en-route.

Day Two

Visit Warwick, famous for its magnificent castle and historic charm. It is also the home of Lord Leycester Hospital, a group of timber framed buildings on the high street. Then to the charming Tudor town of Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, which is full of history and heritage.

Day Three

An excursion through the gently sloping green hills and ancient, picturesque towns and villages of the Cotswolds. It is designated as an area of outstanding Natural Beauty and the largest in the country. There will be some free time in Morton-in-Marsh on Market Day (Tuesday), Bourton-on-the-Water and Broadway. If time permits, there will also be a visit to Stow-on-the-Wold.

Day Four

A half day to the vibrant, historic cathedral city of Lichfield in the heart of Staffordshire, where the streets are lined with museums, independent shops and mouth-watering restaurants.

Day Five

Visit the lively town of Banbury, with charming streets, historic buildings and of course a statue of the 'fine lady' in 'Ride a cock horse to Banbury Cross'. On to the City of Dreaming Spires and home to Britain's oldest university. Oxford is full of character and quintessentially English things to experience, like punting down a canal, exploring the castle or taking high tea. There are also some fantastic places to shop.

Day Six

After breakfast you leave Holiday Inn, Coventry and travel home. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
