The Salutation Hotel, Perth
Extremely well situated in the heart of the historic City of Perth. A warm and friendly welcome awaits. The hotel offers traditional hospitality with modern comforts. Experience tempting food in the splendour of the dining room, enjoy the entertainment or relax in the cosy bar, where warm décor compliments the hotels original features.
Day One
Depart from your selected joining point and travel to Perth and the Salutation Hotel for your four nights stay. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
Day Two
Travelling over the Tay Bridge to arrive in the ancient University and Golf city of St Andrews. With ancient monuments and historical links, boutique shops and coastal walks, there is plenty to see and do. Then enjoy a coastal drive to the picturesque fishing village of Crail, where the cobbled streets roll down to the quaint harbour, sea cliffs and historic fishing cottages and on to Anstruther, well known for award winning fish and chips.
Day Three
A scenic drive through Perthshire taking in the small village of Kenmore located where Loch Tay drains into the River Tay. Travel along the shores of Loch Tay to the rural hamlet of Killen, returning to the hotel via the freshwater Loch, Loch Earn.
Day Four
Half day excursion to the Victorian town Pitlochry.
Day Five
After breakfast you leave Perth and travel home. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
