Set in a picturesque location, in the heart of Waterford, Ireland's oldest city.  Enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere, elegant bedrooms which have been designed with comfort in mind, exquisite homemade dishes in the restaurant. Relax in the fully equipped leisure centre, unrivalled for its modern facilities and featuring  a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and drench shower, making it the perfect place to unwind. (lift)

 

Day One

Depart from your selected joining point and travel to Treacy's Hotel, Spa and Leisure Centre, Waterford. Comfort stops will be made en-route.

Day Two

Begin the day in New Ross. Enjoy a guided tour of Dunbrody Famine Ship, an authentic reproduction of an 1840s emigrant vessel, providing a unique insight and interpretation of the famine emigrant experience. Continue along the Mount Leinster Heritage Trail, through Fenagh and Bagenalstown, to the medieval town of Kilkenny. Discover the narrow streets, abbey and cathedral.

Day Three

Visit the vibrant city of Cork. Discover the famous English Market with its 55 or so stalls, one of the oldest and best covered markets in Europe; St Fin Barre's Cathedral and St Anne's Church. Take time to wander the many museums, galleries and eerie 19th century Gaol.

Day Four

Free day to explore Waterford, Ireland's oldest city. Stroll the historic streets and enjoy the local atmosphere. Perhaps take a walking tour, browse the local boutiques and quirky shops; or visit The House of Waterford Crystal.

Day Five

After breakfast you leave Waterford and travel home. Comfort stops will be made en-route.
